The CSN also has specificdirect patient care responsibilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist staff develop clinical skills and problem solve in complex patient care situations. Teach and support staff to initiate access and manage intravascular therapy. Provide direct care in selected complex patient care situations.
